Privacy policy

Waypoint Local Guides publishes Florida TRT Guide, an independent directory of Testosterone Replacement Therapy businesses in Florida. Most visits leave nothing personal with us at all. This page covers the cases that do: enquiry forms, attribution data, and the third-party services the site loads.

What you share with us

The forms on this site (enquiries and quote requests) collect the details you type in: name, email address, phone number, your message, and any service or timing answers the form asks for. Each submission also carries the URL of the page it was sent from, plus traffic-source attribution such as the referring site and UTM parameters, so we know which page and channel the enquiry came through.

Where your enquiry goes

When you submit a form, our lead-capture processor handles the submission and passes it to two parties: the business your enquiry concerns and the operator of this site. Nothing you submit is published on the site itself.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies of our own. The one thing the site stores client-side is session-scoped attribution data (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in sessionStorage, so that a form sent later in your visit records where you came from. It is first-party only and clears when the session ends.

Site analytics

This site may run Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Where analytics is enabled, those services may set cookies to measure visits and page use, under Google’s own privacy terms.

Other services involved

Three third-party services can receive requests from your browser while you use this site: Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces; OpenStreetMap, which serves map tiles; and Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects forms from spam when enabled. Each sees request data such as your IP address and handles it under its own policy.

Information about listed businesses

Information about listed businesses comes from publicly available sources, including Google Business Profile reviews. The site stores our derived analysis of that material (scores, summaries, sentiment tags) rather than the reviews themselves. Corrections and removal requests are handled through the listing policy.

Your requests

Enquiry details are retained while they are needed to deliver and follow up the enquiry, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@waypoint.com.
