Fix your listing, challenge a score, or request removal

Florida TRT Guide is a free directory of Testosterone Replacement Therapy providers across Florida. Listings come from public business information, and scores are computed by a single, published rubric applied uniformly to all Google reviews for each practice. No payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual errors, challenge a score, or request your listing removed. The complete rubric is public: our rubric.

Correct factual information

Factual errors (business name, address, phone, website, hours, the list of services) are the quickest thing to fix. Include the correct information and a way to confirm it; your website or Google Business Profile both work. Applied corrections persist across our data refresh cycles.

Challenge your score

Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming the underlying data is wrong: perhaps your profile got matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. File a dispute and we re-check the sources, then regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a factual challenge to the inputs.

Request removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, your listing is a duplicate of another entry, or your business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline removal and will explain why plainly.

Response times

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include a clear reason.
